2. Sanding: Our sanding equipment connects to specialized vacuums to remove dust as we work. We make multiple passes each time until the surface of your hardwood is completely flat and bare.


3. Addressing edges and corners: Machines can't get into every tight corner or right against the baseboards. We work those spots by hand so the edges look just as clean as the rest of the room.


4. Choosing your stain: Stain colors look different under your home’s actual lighting than they do in a showroom. We put sample colors directly on your sanded wood so you can pick the exact tone you want before we do the whole space.


5. Applying the finish: We apply multiple coats of durable polyurethane in your choice of sheen—from a low-shine matte to a classic satin or gloss. Once the finish cures, your hardwood is sealed and ready for daily use.
